Main delivery options:

Shipping terms and conditions:

  • Orders are shipped daily from Monday to Saturday within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders confirmed before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next business day.
  • Delivery usually takes 1–4 days depending on the region.
  • The delivery cost is approximately 150-180 UAH.
  • Delivery costs are paid by the buyer according to the logistics service rates.

💳 Payment

You can choose one of two convenient payment methods:

1. ⚠️ Payment upon delivery - prepayment of 100 UAH per pair
We send the parcel cash-on-delivery so that you can inspect and try on items at the branch. A minimum prepayment of 100 UAH is required, and the remaining cost is paid upon receipt.

Please note: For cash-on-delivery, “Nova Poshta” charges an additional commission (20 UAH + 2% of the order amount). The approximate delivery cost starts from 100 UAH.

🛡️ Why is a prepayment needed?
A 100 UAH prepayment confirms the seriousness of the order. This amount covers logistics costs if the parcel is not picked up. It allows us to maintain affordable prices across the assortment without extra markups. Thank you for understanding!

2. 💳 Online payment to a card
You can pay the full order amount during checkout on the website (via the payment system) or using official FOP details provided by a manager. In this case, you save on the “Nova Poshta” cash-on-delivery commission and pay only for the physical delivery.

Important: If the item does not fit during the try-on at the branch, we refund the full product cost. Delivery service fees are not refundable.
